Just Breathe is the first legal cannabis dispensary in upstate New York.
Operated by Damien Cornwell, the shop originally on Court Street in Binghamton originally opened as a CBD store in July 2021. Just Breathe now sells marijuana flowers, pre-rolls and edibles, among other products like drinks, vapes, disposables and gummies; they continue to carry CBD products, and offer both in-store pickup and delivery.
Customers will be required to show a valid ID, just like alcohol sales. The legal age to purchase recreational marijuana in New York is 21 and older.
